Association Proekteca, in cooperation with the municipality of Dolna Mitropolia held 8 meetings with the local community on the topic Access to social and health care in the municipality.
The meetings provided information on communication with local health services, information on preventive check-ups and examinations, and information on pre-medical care in the municipality and on the territory of the Pleven region. Presentations were made on first reaction to "Heat attack" and "Frostbite", heart attack, stroke, first aid for choking a baby, first reaction to cases of burns, insect bites, gastrointestinal problems. The experts of the Association acquainted the attendees with the main symptoms of some diseases, how to recognize them and their prevention.
In addition, detailed information about the social activities provided by the municipality of Dolna Mitropolia was presented. Information was presented about the specific services offered by the Labour Office and the Social Assistance Agency. During the meetings, questions were raised about information on retraining courses and job search skills for the unemployed on the territory of Dolna Mitropolia municipality and Pleven region.

с. Baikal - the event was held in the OCIDZI with 13 people present.

с. Orehovitsa - a meeting was held at the Community Centre "Otets Paisii", attended by 17 participants.

The events were in implementation of Activity 16 - "Overcoming negative stereotypes" under Project № BG05M9OP001-2.018-0033-C01, "Integration of vulnerable groups in the municipality of Dolna Mitropolia".
