Association "Projecteka" invites to a General Meeting of the members of the association on 15.05.2024 at 09:00 a.m., which will be held at the address of management in Sofia, g.k. "Geo Milev", bl.117, in. A, floor 1, app.3, with the following agenda:

1. Discussion and adoption of the Report of the Board of Directors on the activities of the Association for 2023.
2. Discharge of the members of the Board of Directors for their activities in 2023.
3. Discussion and adoption of the Annual Financial Report of the Association for 2023 and the Report on the Activities of the Association for 2023.
4. Discussion and adoption of the Program of Activities and Budget for 2024.
5. Election of a new Management Board of the Association in view of the expired term of the Management Board.
6. Miscellaneous.

All members of the Association are invited to attend in person or by written proxy. In the absence of a quorum on the basis of Article 27 of the Law on the Association, the meeting will be held one hour later at the same place and with the same agenda regardless of the number of members present. The proceedings of the general meeting shall be made available to any member on request at the office of the Association.
