The Association is dedicated to working on projects in the field of empowerment of young learners, boosting their personal and professional development through soft, civil, and transversal skills trainings, career counseling and employability. It also supports youth workers to use innovative tools thus providing them with fresh ideas about their professional development.

The Association worked on a national project No BG05M9OP001-2.018-0033 under the procedure "Social Economic Integration of Vulnerable Groups. Integrated Measures to Improve Access to Education - Component 1"- an integrated measure of two operational programs OPHRD and OP NDIR. The project activities related to career counseling of unemployed people and students in the territory of the Municipality of Dolna Mitropoliya in order to develop their personal and work skills and help them adapt more easily to the labor market.
