The main activities of Projecteka Association include the development and realization of projects under European and national programs in the sphere of personal and professional development targeting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds; organization and implementation of seminars, trainings, conferences dedicated to fostering soft and transversal skills development in accordance to labor market needs, contributing to equal access to learning and job opportunities in European market.

The team of Projecteka includes people who are specialists in the areas of education and training, schooling of youngsters and adults, finance and economics, public administration, sociology, journalism and social skills development.
The members of the Association have coordinated and participated in projects and trainings within variety of topics such as: ecology, youth entrepreneurship, leadership skills, personal development, active citizenship, networking, voluntary service and other topics related to personal and professional development of young people. Besides the permanent staff members, the Association works with volunteers and hire experts for the needs of its activities.
