With a Master's degree in IT and a prestigious actuarial certification, he possesses a remarkable breadth of knowledge and expertise. His role encompasses the development of comprehensive business plans for both corporate entities and non-profit organizations, as well as the creation of meticulous financial reports and budgets. Nikolay leads the Association's economic and financial endeavors with unparalleled finesse, having successfully introduced and executed professional educational courses in finance and economics. Beyond his exceptional technical skills, he excels in conflict resolution, fostering collaborative teamwork, providing expert consulting services, and proficiently managing complex projects.
