Projecteka Association has become an associated partner in COMP-PASS - New tools and methods to support the social integration of young people who are neither educated, nor working" (№ 2015-3-FR02-KA205-010740), program Erasmus + , Key Activity 2, "Strategic partnerships in the field of youth". The project aims to support young people who neither study nor work. Under this project experts of the Association have worked with representatives of the Roma community from Tran municipality. Trainers from the organization have conducted training with marginalized groups who received psychological help to return to the labor market. Young people under the age of 29 were assisted in elaboration of a digital CV. The experts from the NGO provided information on further qualification of Roma young people using the opportunities of the local employment office in Tran city.

The aim of the project is to develop and test a new method called “ForProve Theater” through which young people should develop entrepreneurial and work skills. The Association participates in the dissemination of project results, as well as in the selection of participants for the organized training related to the new working method - ForProve method.

We are pleased to announce that our Partner Center “Know and Can” had become a Center for Information and Vocational Guidance with License # 201614045 from the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training. The Center offers a wide range of services related to vocational guidance and career counseling.

In our work with students and young people, we are convinced that many face difficulties when they have to choose continuing education or go to a university degree.

Choosing the right continuing education either after completing the 7th or after the 12th grade is very difficult. At first glance, everyone knows what they want. But with a little deeper reflection the situation is changing a lot. It is important not to forget that not always what we want matches усшг our capabilities. This is the first difficulty on the way to future realization. Inappropriately chosen school profile can lead to inappropriate higher education, and hence to a profession that is inappropriate for us at all. So we are facing the situation where you have to re-think and possibly retrain to what we have discovered that it is in the sphere of our interests and opportunities.
