In its capacity as an organization in a public benefit, Projecteka Association was an associate partner in the project: “European citizenship - multicolored opportunity” No 2014-1-BG01-KA105-000201, Program Erasmus +, key activity 1 "Educational mobility for citizens", type of activity "Youth mobility" . The project aim was the training of young workers on key skills and an exchange of good practices in the work of the youth organizations. In the framework of this project Projecteka Association helped the beneficiary organization to disseminate information on the design of the different events organized for young people, which also contribute to the recruitment of participants for the project trainings.

Projecteka Association joined the team of the project " Intercultural dimension for the active European citizenship (IDEA-C)" with number 555616-CITIZ-1-2014-IT-CITIZ-NT, program “Europe for Citizens 2014 - 2020" Destination 2, Measure 2.2 "Cities Networks". The purpose of the project was to disseminate information in the participating partner countries about European values and the activities of civil society by engaging in various events and also including such from international projects. In the framework of the project were organized many events and conferences with the aim to promote the ideas of European citizenship. The association is engaged in project activities as in all of the events the members participating, they disseminated information and brochures for the project, as well as helped in the selection of participants for the meetings in schools and educational institutions. The association actively disseminates good practices related to active citizenship, European values and the development of the civil society.

Prokecteka Association implemented a project under the PROGRAM FOR THE SUPPORT OF NGOS IN BULGARIA ON THE FINANCIAL MECHANISM OF THE EEA 2009 - 2014. (So-called "Norwegian financial mechanism") with the name "Mission: I want to know, I Want to be" with number BG05/984.
The idea of the project was young people to become acquainted with the Western European model of civil participation. Young people, who are not aware where they may find information about their rights and are not familiar with the positive sides of volunteering, do not have the possibility to actively contribute to the development of the society as a whole. The purpose of the project was through acquaintance of the principles of volunteering, for which there is not enough information in Bulgaria, to enable young people to learn more about their rights as European citizens; to adopt new skills through voluntary practices and to transmit the learnings to their peers. The specific objective of the project is to provide information to the students about what are volunteering and the creation of a network in social media by which they may obtain exchange and updated information on the voluntary practices and civil rights. The project contributed to the resolution of the problem by training 25 young people from а number of high schools in the capital Sofia how to seek information related to the main civil rights and the opportunities offered by the society and by engaging in voluntary practices. The target group of the project was students aged from 14 to 18 years. The project is implemented in partnership with 119 Secondary School "Academician Mihail Arnaudov" – Sofia.

Volunteers from Projekteka Association took part in the European Voluntary Service (EVS) project - S.M.I.L.E II - Support Mobility through International Learning Experience (№ 2016-3-IT03-KA105-010079). The project coordinator and sending organization is the Italian organization CEMEA del Mezzogiorno onlus. The host organization is Know and Can Association – Sofia city.

The volunteer Giovanna and works on the following activities:
- Work at the office of Know and can Association on projects related to social inclusion
- Work at the private kindergarten “Know and can” with kids - creative activities and learning Italian.
- Working with children with disabilities at the Blagoveshtenie Center (part of Caritas - Bulgaria)
- Work at a Home for the Elderly "Charity" on social activities for the elderly

Volunteers from Projecteka Association will help Giovanna in her adaptation, as well as disseminate project information to local communities.

Projecteka Association is planning to develop and expand its activities by participating in new programs and projects. As an organization in public benefit, we plan to apply and participate in projects aiming to support children, young people and adults from marginalized groups. The experience of the Association team in project work where relevant products, training methodologies and manuals have been developed, will support the realization of the objectives of the Association for inclusion in future projects.

Projecteka Association participated in international meetings for exchange of experience and ideas for future cooperation in the field of European projects.
